1) Educational background and professional knowledge: college and above, majored in fiber-optic communications, marketing and other related  subjects, master the knowledge of fiber-optic communications products and also sales. Having bidding experience is a top priority.

2) Work experience: more than one year sales experience related to fiber-optic communication products.

3) Capacity requirements: have a passion for sales positions. Responsible, Strong communication skills and coordination ability, Flexible sales methods, Responsive, Conscious, Hard-working, Self-confident and dedicated. Have a good work ethic and team spirit of cooperation.

4) English and computer skills: Be not too high, but it must be able to understand the basic product information in English, master the basic computer skills, and use office software skillfully,especially powerpoint.
