1. From the date of the sale, within one month (including one month), you may choose to return, replace or repair the products and accessories that are not normally used in the south day due to quality problems.
A. If you want to return the goods, please return the purchased products and all the accessories and invoices to Yi-An company, and Yi-An will refund you the goods according to the purchase price and return the goods for free. If the product or accessories you send back are not complete, the cost will be charged.
B. If you need to replace the goods, please send the purchased products or accessories and invoices back to Yi-An company. Yi-An will exchange the goods for free. If you send back products or accessories that are not complete, you will need to charge the cost of the products. If you change the same type of products, you will not need to send back the invoice.
C. If necessary, please send the purchased products or accessories back to Yi-An, which will be repaired free of charge.
D. Optical fiber, optical cable, jumper wire, flanges, optical cable terminal box and other light source products are not available for return. I hope you can understand the specifications and environment of the products through the technical service department of Yi-An.
